ensuing security problems. Infopro will resume its publishing as soon as the
situation permits.

2002. It redesigned it to suit the
changing needs of today's market.
Campus is the leading university student magazine with tens of thousands of
readers on and off-campus. It involves students in its writing and marketing.
Campus is an established media brand with strong name recognition among
advertisers. It is distributed free-of-charge on campus and
sold in bookstores.

| BusinessWeek Arabiya |

In collaboration with The McGraw-Hill
Companies, Inc., InfoPro publishes the Arabic edition of
BusinessWeek in the Arabic language targeted to the entire Arab World. The
publication was launched in October 2005 and is being published monthly. A
distribution and media sales agreement was reached with the Saudi Research and
Publishing Company (SRPC). As part of this agreement, the magazine will be sent
to all subscribers of Al Eqtissadiyah, Saudi Arabia's business daily newspaper.
